At high expression with a defined Ajna:

• You have certainty in what you do and the ideas you come up with

• You have strong beliefs that you stick with

• You have strong thinking, research and analytical capabilities

• People or things don’t influence your beliefs and ideas

• You are stubborn and block out other opinions and suggestions

• You push your agenda onto people

• You get lost in the data and forget to zoom out

this means ideas, problem solving comes from outside of you and can be fluid. If you have an open Ajna, certainty can be a challenge sometimes and can be influenced by others or an environment.

Meaning, you’ll come up with an idea that lights you up, then if you talk to someone else, they say something that triggers doubt and you fixate on it and start having uncertainty with the idea, leading you to act 50/50 in execution.

• You’re able to set intentions and control your environment to finish and follow through on your deep work

At low expression with an open Ajna:

• You struggle with certainty about your ideas, and beliefs

• Relying on others to be certain about your ideas vs from within

• Overanalyzing things to be certain when you already know

• Trying to be too intellectual when you already know enough

• You allow yourself to be easily distracted by other ideas, and thoughts from others taking you away from your focus
