Sacral Center

The sacral center is an energy center that gets work done, it’s about mastering something that lights you up, and going beyond the surface.

This is the center where you use to “build” things from a labor of love, unlike the ego/will center where you need to cycle rest and work periods, this center can go on forever doing work that you love. 

Keyword… things that you love and give you joy!

How this energy center works to be being in “response” to something, which means, you have a thought or idea in your head then something in your environment, people or a thing can “light” up your Sacral (you’ll feel a buzz or excitement in your gut) and right then you know they're something there, then you use your authority or signature feeling to pursue that thing.

This energy center like the G-Center can be a magnet to others (like lead gen) where the G-Center is more about conviction and owning who you are, this energy center is about leadership through action in what you love doing.

• Systems and Frameworks

• Bringing an idea to something tangible

• ways to find joy and play in the process of creating

• Figuring things out by being hands-on

• Mastery and going deep into a topic

When you have your Sacral Defined (coloured in)

this means you have access to nearly limitless energy to build something that you love or gives you joy as long as you follow your authority or signature feeling because you can find many things that give you joy but only a few lead you to your vision and goals.

If you have a defined Sacral, it’s important to note that some type of physical activity helps you move your energy, if you sit for too long for too many weeks, you will feel a feeling of “staleness”. This is because you’re born with lots of energy and it can’t just sit there.

At high expression with a defined Sacral:

• You create and build based on what you love, gives you joy and your signature

• You build systems and frameworks on what allows you space to do other things that give you joy

• You allow space to explore creativity, and innovation in what you want to go in depth with

At low expression with a defined Sacral

• Working on things just because you can for a long period of time that don’t give you joy or your signature feeling

• Jumping from thing a thing without building a system, framework or strategy

• Not allowing yourself space to explore and be creative with something of interest
  

When you have your Sacral Undefined (not coloured in):

Mainly Projectors, Manifestors or Reflectors won’t have this energy center defined.

This means the energy to go on, and on is fluid and you absorb energy from others or the environments around you, if you’ve ever been around someone or a group of people and suddenly you feel this urge that you want to get shit done? 

That’s an example of absorbing the energy.

So it’s important to know you have to set boundaries because you don’t know when enough is enough and can work out to burn-out quicker than those who have a defined sacral.

At high expression with a open Sacral:

• You set boundaries to know when to stop and give yourself space 

• You create systems and frameworks that allow you to rest and recharge

• You can separate what your energy and how you work from others

At low expression with a open Sacral

• You try to copy others who have a defined sacral and create 100 things

• You don’t have the awareness of what’s your energy and what’s not

• You don’t have systems and frameworks that give you space instead you rely on your ego/will or you look and compare yourself with others and how much they can create
