Your offer!

• Your offer is what you sell.

• Your offer gives us your lead generation strategy.

• Your offer determines the best fit business strategy.

• Your offer determines your messaging strategy.

It’s pretty important, right?

However, most people spend a lot less time crafting this. I know because I’ve consulted on over 1,000 coaching offers.

Here's the key to offers: I did it backwards.

I spent time helping entrepreneurs craft the Unique Distinctions, “Hooks”, the “I help statements”, Pricing, and their 1 Promise. But again...

If you’re not aligned, you won’t be able to express your work in a way that feels right. 

At the end of the day, the words you speak and create come through you. (Not me or another coach.)

An aligned offer creates a pull to share it with such conviction using your Profile Lines.

And especially on sales calls or in DMs, the other person just “feels” your energy through your voice because you are SO convicted in what you’re providing that the person pulled towards you.

This is an aligned offer, where the feeling vibrates right to your core!

Your Offer Decoded in Your Human Design

Let’s turn to your Human Design to discover what parts make up your offer.

On the left and right sides of your chart are your Conscious and Unconscious sides of the planets.

Before you were born (3 months out) there was a specific alignment in the planets. 

The Sun shoots out an energy called “Neutrinos.” Any planet in front of the Sun, either directly or slightly, determines the energy you get into you from the planets.

When you look at your chart:

On the left side is your “DESIGN.” This means it’s unconscious. It’s what you’ve brought with you into this world, and it unfolds as you perform the conscious side of your chart.

It’s important to be aware and allow it to happen, I wouldn’t get too caught up into it right now. And if you follow your strategy, authority, and signature, you’ll know.

On the right-hand side is your “PERSONALITY.” This is the conscious side. It’s what you’re aware of right now and can control, and because most people don’t or half fast it, or don’t fully embody it, it’s a place to put your energy in.

Decoding the Gift You’re Here to Share

Your Sun sign, look at the top right of your chart with the symbols, is the gift you have and what you’re here to share.

When you look at the Sun sign, there is a number like 21.5.

This tells you the “Gate,” which means it’s your gift that you’re here to share. Based on that gate, it’s located in an Energy Center, which is the theme of the energy you give off.

The number after tells you through which “Line” or character you express that in.

For this blog, let’s focus on the conscious first, since we have that in our control.

So for me, my conscious Sun sign is 21.5.

I am here to help people take “control” of their resources in what is not in control for them.

And resources can range from sales, leads, ideas, their energy and state, their business, themselves, etc.

But it’s through an Open Ego, which means I don’t know exactly what they need to control until I work with people and talk to them. This explains why I’m so good at finding “gaps” in their business because through them and through going through their business it just clicks for me. (See the Energy Centers blog for more info.)

And HOW I work through problems and solutions is through Line 5, the Heretic (I call The One), which is a character who solves problems, innovates, disrupts, and simplifies things. (See the Lines blog for more info.)

Decoding What Motivates You Even When “Shit Hits the Fan”

Your Moon sign is what motivates you. This is important because it helps you understand what to lean into when things go wrong or get hard.

It’s not only when things get hard. It’s what generally pulls you. Understanding this allows you to go back to doing something to “refill” your cup.

And like the conscious Sun above, it comes with the “Gate,” “where it’s located in your Energy Center,” and The Line you play for that specific gate.

Your Jupiter sign shows the traits you must lean into to become MORE magnetic.

Understanding and leaning into the trait we’re born with that makes us magnetic helps us ignore the noise out there. And more importantly, helps us block out trying to model others based on how much engagement they get on social media. And instead,  we come back and model what fits our Jupiter energy.

Your Uranus sign shows how you’re meant to be different and unique. Lean into this differentiation when it comes to your offer.

Alignment + Strategy

The above gives you direction on your offer and how you need to tweak it to create alignment.

The next part is taking this and creating a tangible strategy. Add in the creativity to craft the offer, which includes pricing, unique distinctions, your unique hooks, and your promise.
